EU VAT + Payment

I'm an unFIX Partner, where's my discount?

Thanks for being a Partner!

In order to get your discount, you must do the following:

  1. check out using the email address you used to sign up as a Partner
  2. Enter the relevant webshop discount code.

B2B purchases

If you'd like to use your business to make a purchase, please create a customer account.

Once you create an account, please enter your VAT ID.

Please note, if you've provided a valid VAT number, VAT will be deducted at the payment step.

What's the VAT rate?

If your shipping address is in the EU and have not provided a valid VAT number, you will be charged the Netherlands VAT rate- 21%.

I didn’t receive an invoice. Can you send it?

As soon as you order something, you receive an email which contains a link to the invoice.

Please look up the confirmation email.

Can I make a payment via bank?

It depends. In addition to accepting payments via Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro, we accept the following:

  • Bancontact (available to customers in Belgium)
  • iDEAL (available to customers in the Netherlands)
  • Sofort (available to customers in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain)

Can I get a discount for large orders?

We do not offer discounts on large orders. However, unFIX Sapphire and Diamond level partners receive discounts of 10% and 15%, respectively.

Shipping

What is your return policy?

Sorry, we have no return policy. We automated and outsourced webshop merchandise. When we would support return goods, we have to increase the prices to cover our costs for returning goods.

If you receive your order and something is wrong please let us know immediately (brandon.brown@unfix.com) and we can work toward a solution.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• 5-15 working days for Western Europe
• 8-16 working days for Eastern Europe
• 14-21 working days for rest of the world

*Please note, if you order more than one product type, your order might arrive in multiple shipments

A very small number of shipments encounter issues such as hold-ups at customs, incorrect addresses, receivers not available, or shipments becoming lost or damaged.

Such issues are beyond our control which means we cannot guarantee a certain delivery date.

Providing the following information correctly helps orders and shipments go smoothly:
• shipping address
• invoicing address
• VAT number (for EU countries)

We do not offer free shipping.

Customs and duties

Shipments outside of the EU / USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country.

The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.

You as the end customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees should be paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

Shipping Options

For some product options, you might find the following shipping options: Standard Shipping or Tracked Shipping.

Standard Shipping: This option does not offer tracking, uses local postal providers.

Tracked Shipping: This option offers tracking and uses a mix of local postal providers and shipping companies (DHL, UPS, etc.). You can expect delivery times between 5-7 business days.
